How much does shipping cost?

Your checkout shows the applicable shipping charge before payment. These rates apply to orders placed on the Sugar Orchid website; marketplace listings may have their own shipping terms.

When will my order ship?

Allow up to 3 business days for standard retail order preparation. Processing is the time we use to prepare the order before handing it to the carrier; it is separate from delivery transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Custom, made-to-order and wholesale orders may need additional preparation time. Any different timeline will be discussed before the order is confirmed. If you need an order for a specific date, contact us before purchasing.

Where do you ship, and when will it arrive?

We currently ship within the United States. Carrier transit time depends on the destination and service. A processing timeframe is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Once you receive tracking information, use the carrier’s tracking page for shipment progress. Contact us with your order number if you need help with a delayed shipment or a tracking status that does not match what you received.

Can I collect my order in Cleveland?

Cleveland-area pickup is available by arrangement. Select pickup when offered at checkout, or contact us before ordering to confirm the arrangements. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready and for the agreed pickup details before travelling.

Local delivery may be available by prior arrangement. Please confirm availability and timing with us before placing an order that depends on local delivery.

How do preorders and wholesale orders ship?

A preorder’s expected shipping date is shown on its listing. When an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the in-stock items are held to ship with the preorder. Please review the listing and checkout notice before paying.

Receiving body care in warm weather

Bring your package indoors promptly after delivery and avoid leaving it in a hot mailbox, car or direct sunlight. Body butters can soften or melt in heat, which can change their whipped texture.

If a package arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, keep the product and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
