Shipping Policy
Applies to: Orders shipped within the United States only
How We Ship (Print on Demand)
All candles are made to order by our U.S. manufacturing partner (Candle Builders via Printify). Your order begins production shortly after purchase, then ships via tracked U.S. carriers.

Production time: Typically 2–4 business days; please allow up to 6 business days during peak or holiday periods.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled (see Order Changes below).
Rates & Delivery Times

Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $65+ (after discounts, before tax).

Standard Shipping for orders under $65 is calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Estimated transit times: Standard 3–8 business days depending on destination and carrier. Expedited options (when available) are faster but not guaranteed by a specific date.
Order Changes & Address Corrections

You may change or cancel within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours, your order is in production and cannot be modified.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, undeliverable packages can be reshipped once returned to sender; reship fees (and any carrier return fees) apply.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Split Shipments
To get items to you faster, multi-item orders may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

Check with household members, neighbors, your building/office, and local carrier office.

Allow 48 hours—carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan and we’ll open a carrier inquiry.
If tracking shows stalled or lost in transit, reach out—we’ll assist per carrier and supplier guidelines.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Some items may be restricted by local regulations; where applicable, we comply with all shipping laws.
Peak Seasons, Weather & Holidays
Severe weather, carrier delays, and holiday surges can extend production or transit times. We appreciate your patience—your order is important to us.
Non-Refundable Shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error or as required by our supplier’s policy. For damaged/defective/incorrect items, please see our Returns & Refunds policy for the 7-day claim process and photo requirements.
